What Happens at a Day of Empowerment?

50% OF FOSTER YOUTH GRADUATE HIGH SCHOOL, AND ONLY 3% FROM COLLEGE. OUR GOAL IS TO LESSEN THOSE ODDS. DAYS OF EMPOWERMENT HOSTED BY COMPANIES SUCH AS REDKEN, SEPHORA, GOOGLE, YEAR UP, BROADWAY ANGELS, KENDO, FIRST REPUBLIC BANK AND MORE, FOSTER YOUTH AND AT-RISK TEENAGE GIRLS PARTICIPATE IN AN AFTERNOON OF WORKSHOPS THAT BUILD CONFIDENCE, INNER BEAUTY AND PROFESSIONAL SKILLS.

IN LIGHT OF THE COVID-19 OUTBREAK, WE’VE BEEN BUSY CREATING A WAY FOR COMPANIES AND GROUPS TO SUPPORT OUR GIRLS THROUGH VIRTUAL PROGRAMMING. PLEASE INQUIRE ABOUT OUR EMPOWER HOUR, A LIVE PANEL DISCUSSION FEATURING INSPIRING ROLE MODELS WHO SHARE THEIR STORIES AND HELP EVERY GIRL FIND HER MAGIC WITHIN.

When a girl believes in herself, she can change the world.
